Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions. The list of questions and answers will be updated as needed.

Questions about the game rules and gameplay are collected on the Game Rules page — including how many players you need, how many spots the bunker has and how to start your first game.

I didn’t receive an account activation link via email, what should I do?

• First, be sure to check the email address you provided. Most often, the issue arises from an incorrect email address.
• If the email address is correct, check your "Spam" folder.
• If the email address is correct and the email is not in the "Spam" folder, it is time to contact the website administration for help (contact@bunker-online.com). In your email, please include the email address where the activation email was not received.

My account is blocked on the website. Where can I request an unblock?

• You can contact us via email (contact@bunker-online.com) by providing any information for identification purposes: email, username, or a link to your profile. Note that an unblock is not guaranteed; this decision is at the discretion of the site administration.

Do all players need to purchase a subscription to use additional packs in the game?

• No. Only the game creator (host) needs to purchase a subscription. In their personal profile, they can enable the desired pack(s) depending on the subscription level (see account types) and start the game. The additional pack(s) automatically apply to all players in that game.

What should I do if I encounter a bug/error in the game or notice a typo?

• Please report it via the Discord server ("Bugs/Errors" section) or by email (contact@bunker-online.com).
• If it is a bug/error, providing a screenshot of the error is MANDATORY! Detailed information about the circumstances leading to the error (your sequential actions) will help us quickly understand, identify, and fix the issue. Additional information such as your browser, platform (PC or mobile), and the time of occurrence is also helpful.
• If it is a typo, attaching a screenshot illustrating the mistake is sufficient.

How can I create my own pack?/I have an idea, where can I submit it?

• You can create your own personal pack by purchasing the "Create a personal pack" feature in our store. There can be a total of 3 personal packs (possibly more in the future). You can suggest your ideas/comments in the special section of our Discord server (ideas/comments section).

Can I purchase a paid subscription in another way?

• We recommend using the official subscription purchase option available on our website. The key is issued quickly and automatically right after payment.
  Another method is available, but it is more complicated and slower. Issuing the key may take up to 10 hours (manually). For this, you can contact us via our Discord server ("VIP Subscription" section).

I purchased a subscription key but don't know where to enter it. What should I do?

• In your profile page, click "Subscribe" to open a special window where you can select a subscription type. At the bottom, you’ll find a field to enter your key and a button to "Activate".

Where can I find the full database of characteristics?

• Nowhere. The database is not disclosed. This is the website’s policy to prevent copying into other game versions.
