Bunker Information

Bunker — a well-fortified protective or defensive structure, often underground.

In the game, you will encounter various types of bunkers. Each is unique: some bunkers are large but may lack anything useful; others are small but have a full vegetable plantation. Some bunkers have issues, such as lack of electricity, musty smells, mold, dryness, wolves, or even a homeless person taking up valuable space in the bunker! While electricians, plumbers, mechanics, hunters, and other professions can handle the practical problems, dealing with a homeless person is more challenging. You can’t just vote him out since he’s already in the bunker! But don’t despair, there’s always a solution:

  1. Inventory-weapon. Threaten the homeless person; he likely won’t be able to respond effectively.
  2. Strong physique. "I hit twice: once on the head, then on the coffin lid" — this argument might work.
  3. Hobbies, interests, or additional skills related to martial arts.
  4. Special abilities.
  5. In the worst case, use your imagination or live with the homeless person!

The following parameters are currently available in the game:
- Bunker Size — the total area of the shelter in square meters. This parameter is crucial, especially when the maximum number of people are trying to enter the bunker, or if someone in your group has claustrophobia.

- Duration of Stay — the amount of time needed to survive the catastrophe. This doesn’t mean that if you receive a 2-year duration, you’ll just sit for 2 years and emerge unscathed. Rather, it means that after this time, the situation on the surface will have somewhat normalized. Your group may choose to remain in the bunker afterward since it’s still safer inside. However, it becomes easier to procure essential items or food. Depending on the catastrophe, any player may leave the bunker to retrieve an item or go hunting during the stay.

- Food Supply — the stock of food that should last for the bunker stay. If supplies are insufficient or absent, players will have to leave the bunker during the catastrophe to gather food. The water supply shares the same status as this parameter.

- Bunker Contents — items (or even a homeless person) found in the bunker that may aid survival. Depending on the contents, you’ll have a better sense of who among the group will be needed. Items can vary from utterly useless to incredibly valuable. However, consider the current catastrophe; for instance, a gas mask is unnecessary in a flood, but a boat could be a game-changer. Don’t forget what’s in the bunker, as it might contain something that, combined with items in your inventory, can create something extraordinary to save not only your life but also those of your bunker mates.
